Ethernaut
Rebuilt the frontend of Ethernaut — OpenZeppelin's Capture-The-Flag game played by 5,000+ smart-contract developers. New look, faster pages, and the kind of polish you only notice when it stops getting in the way.
The brief
Ethernaut is OpenZeppelin's smart-contract CTF — around 5,000 developers learn by breaking it on purpose. Nethermind partnered with OpenZeppelin to rebuild the frontend, and I picked up most of the open-source work.
Redesign
New look, new structure, and a pile of performance work. Collaborated with the OpenZeppelin team on features and design requirements, then shipped the bits people actually see.
Why it mattered
It's one of the few places web3 developers learn by getting things wrong on purpose. Making it faster and prettier didn't change what it teaches — but it made the learning less of a chore.
